Today, we were very lucky to have a famous author visit us as a part of Manx Lit Fest 2019.
Nadia Shireen, a famous author from London, brought along 3 of her brilliant books. They are called 'Billy and the Dragon', 'The Bumble Bear' and 'Billy and the Beast'.
Nadia read us Billy and the Beast and as you can tell from the photos, we were hooked!
Nadia also helped us to draw 'Fat Cat' a character from her book.
We had a great morning, many thanks to Nadia, the Manx Lit fest organisers and Mrs Buttimore for arranging it.
