The new School Council met for the first time this week. They all received their new caps for the year. They got their £250 budget for the year and they want to buy some slides for the banks for playtimes! They also want to let children whose birthday it is to come to school for the day in their own clothes. This will be announced in whole school assembly on Friday. Some great ideas were discussed. On Thursday a School Council from another school will be visiting to discuss some joint working over the year. A productive first meeting!
