Over the last half term, we have been exploring electricity in Science. We have experimented with bulbs, wires and batteries to build our own electrical circuits. By carefully connecting each component to form a complete loop, we were able to make the bulbs light up, an exciting moment for everyone!
We have also investigated a range of materials to identify conductors and insulators, and learned how switches control the flow of electricity within a circuit. This hands-on learning has helped us understand how electricity travels and how circuits work in the real world.
