Our Year 3 class has been exploring the exciting concept of beauty. We started by discussing an important question:
What is beauty? The children shared lots of wonderful ideas. Some thought beauty is found in nature, while others said it can be found in colours, patterns, people, kindness, and special moments. We discovered that beauty can mean different things to different people, and that is what makes it so interesting!
To help us see the world in a new way, we designed and created our own Magical Beauty Glasses. The children used their creativity to make colourful and unique glasses, ready for a very special mission.
Wearing our magical glasses, we went on a Beauty Walk around the school grounds. We looked carefully at things we might normally walk past and challenged ourselves to see them differently.
The children found beauty in lots of unexpected places..
