Year 6 have been investigating the differences in conductivity between magnetic metals and non-magnetic metals. They tested a range of materials to see which allowed electricity to pass through more easily. By recording and comparing their results, pupils identified patterns and discussed why some metals conducted better than others, developing their understanding of materials, magnetism, and scientific investigation skills.
