In Literacy, we are focusing on a book called Tadpole's Promise. As a hook, we created a pond in the classroom with floating Lily Pads. On each lily pad was a promise from different animals/ objects and as a class we matched the promise to the object/ animal. The children love the story and find the ending hilarious! This week, we will be focusing on creating our own story similar to Tadpole's Promise.
