Today we travelled back in time to visit the Great Fire of London suspects. Thomas Farriner, King Charles II, Sir Thomas Bloodworth and Samuel Pepys all shared their account of what they were doing when the fire first began and how they heard about the fire. The children became detectives and wrote down the name of the suspect they believe was to blame for the great fire. We then shared our reasons before revealing who historians think was to blame.
Who was to blame for the Great Fire of London?
