Learning About Forces in Year 3
Recently, we learned about forces in our science lessons. One of our favourite challenges was using different equipment to make a car go around a race track using a non‑contact force. Have a look at a couple of videos using the link below!
We also carried out a fair test using parachutes. Our big question was: Does the size of a parachute affect how fast it falls? We loved doing the testing and watching the parachutes fall as we collected our results.
Now that we have our results, our next lesson will be to draw conclusions and explain what our investigation has shown us.
