Last Friday, we went on an amazing trip to the House of Manannan. We worked in groups to find primary and secondary sources that gave us more information about the Vikings that once invaded and lived in the Isle of Man! Year 4/5 were blown away by the incredible artefacts, and learnt so much about the history of the Isle of Man.
In the afternoon, we also visited Peel Cathedral to see the giant moon. We were lucky enough to have a talk all about it, and how our little island is connected to some amazing missions in space!
