On Monday, we had an incredible trip to the Isle of Man Art Society as part of our Create project. This term, we’ve been exploring portraits, and what better way to bring our learning to life than by making portraits of our own faces in clay?
We rolled, shaped, and smoothed the clay to capture all our unique features—it was messy, creative, and so much fun! Everyone worked like real artists, and the results were fantastic.
Now we can’t wait for our clay models to be delivered back to school so we can paint them and add the finishing touches. Watch this space for photos of our finished masterpieces!
