St Mary's School

The children are at the heart of everything we do.

Last week, we loved reading “The Koala Who Could” and learning all about being brave and trying new things. Everyone made their own “can do” crowns to show off and celebrate what they are good at. We had so much fun making adorable play dough koalas, and we got creative using jungle leaves to make colourful marks and patterns. Our classroom turned into a koala jungle for small world play, and we practised our counting by matching pegs to koala numbers 1, 2, and 3. We are so proud of everyone for giving new things a go and having lots of fun along the way!
